YANGON – Kepercayaan diri timnas U-19 Indonesia sedang tinggi setelah kemenangan atas tuan rumah Myanmar dalam pertandingan perdana (5/9). Filipina bukanla unggulan dalam event kali ini. Mereka juga belum pernah mencapai semifinal selama enam kali ambil bagian dalam ajang yang sama. Bahkan, pada pertandingan pertama, mereka takluk oleg Brunai Darussalam 2-3 (5/9). Tapi, pantang bagi Rachmat Irianto dkk untuk pandang remeh lawan.
”Kalau profil jelek lawan yang dimunculkan akan ada rasa takabur nanti. Saya sudah tekankan siapapun lawan harus kamu hadapi secara serius. Tidak ada lawan yang ringan, tidak ada lawan yang berat. Yang penting kami hadapi sungguh-sungguh,” kata pelatih timnas U-19 Indonesia Indra Sjafri kemarin.

Saat ditemui usai latihan, Indra tidak menampik akan ada rotasi. ”Supaya nanti di akhir turnamen kami punya pemain yang punya jam terbang secara menyeluruh. Yang jelas sebagaimana kami hadapi Filipina besok (hari ini, Red), kami melihat video permainan mereka dan melihat langsung pertandingan di stadion (lawan Brunei). Itu yang menjadi antisipasi kami,” imbuh juru taktik 54 tahun itu.
Rotasi bukan karena ada pemain yang cedera atau kurang fit, melainkan murni pertimbangan taktikal dan recovery. Dengan kondisi ini, dia berpendapat timnya punya kans besar untuk meraih tiga poin. Asal, pemain bisa meningkatkan kemampuan lebih baik dari laga perdana.
”Kami juga siap-siap untuk lawan Vietnam (11/9). Saya ingin anak-anak bermain seperti biasanya. Saya pikir di babak kedua kemarin pemain masih belum 100 persen. Saya berharap jauh lebih baik,” lanjut mantan pelatih Bali United itu.
Kapten timnas U-19 Rachmat Irianto mengaku telah mengantongi kekuatan Filipina. Tapi, bek tengah Persebaya Surabaya itu tetap mewaspadai beberapa andalan skuad asuhan Jose Maria Anoche Aberasturi tersebut. Dua pemain yang diwaspadai adalah striker Mariano Suba dan winger Palogan Tacardon yang memiliki kecepatan. Kebetulan keduanya mencetak gol kala melawan Brunei Darussalam. Bek yang akrab disapa Rian itu tidak ingin kembali lengah seperti melawan Myanmar.
”Setelah pertandingan, sesama pemain kami adakan evaluasi sendiri apa yang kurang di pertandingan. Antisipasi saya Filipina punya serangan balik yang cepat. Semua di tim sudah mempersiapkan dengan baik untuk membendung Filipina,” ujar pemain 18 tahun itu.
